At the request of users, we collect and store the following information in Firestore to allow the creation of association and event listings:

  • Username and email address (when creating an account)
  • User-generated content (lists of themes, match scores, etc.)
  • Login data (via Google, Facebook, Apple or others)

  • Name of the association or organisation
  • Address of the association or event venue
  • Description provided by the association
  • Links to the association’s website and Facebook page
  • Contact information related to the association or event (if provided)

This data is publicly accessible through the app to allow users to discover and participate in improvisational theatre events.

We automatically collect certain information to improve the user experience:

  • Usage data (anonymous usage statistics)
  • Device identifiers (for internal analytics only)

We do not collect sensitive data such as medical information, banking details, or browsing history outside the app.
